- TJTamptha Jones4 days ago1.0Pizza 🍕 is a favorite when most of us eat fatty food right. Dominoes has been a go to for many years and it was acceptable. Sad to say my latest experience has taught me I no longer need services/food from Domino’s. I’ve had things that were not done properly and Dominos has either solved it or not. Ordering two pizzas for delivery when the driver brought only one. The driver said he would go back and bring the second pizza. We waited till hours closed and didn’t receive our second pizza. Called the store the next day and was told the pizza would be credited at another order, they couldn’t refund the money because that transaction was a day before. The day comes for us to redeem our pizza and they can’t honor it because it’s not in the system. Speaking to a Manager (James) , tells me he can’t honor the request to deliver the pizza because there is no way of him knowing if I received it or not. To me it’s the principle, ALWAYS. This would not be a wise decision for me to continue to make an order with prepaying before I receive my food not knowing if I’m going to receive all that I’ve paid for. Basically I would have to show proof if I didn’t receive and how would I do that. Dominos there’s no way I would feel comfortable in continuing to order from your establishment. For the rest of you that are, looking forward to in the future. I would recommend you ordering hours before closing so if something does go wrong you may have time to correct before closing hours.
