  I was in and out but very clean establishment and busy busy busy . 5 stars in and out in 5 minutes . Will go back . Enjoy.

  One of the better locations ive visited. Easy to navigate. Crowded but managed well. The employees are patient and dont make many mistakes. They actually listen considering how hard that must be at times. The management there does a.pretty good job with hiring .

  I ordered a Burrito that was $9.99 and a drink and it was $3.29 and ended up paying $16.90 maybe I missed an up charge rate or something but $10 and $3.29 doesn't come to $16.90...

  Ordered online and they really tried to scam on the servings of each ingredient. Caught the size of the burrito and went back in to ask what the deal was. It literally was the length of a Roku remote. He started to say I didn’t order enough ingredients for it to be larger but pointed to other peoples burritos at a table and said I’ve been ordering the same thing for years. Unfortunately didn’t open the burrito bowl until I got home and saw it was missing the fajita veggies. Wow!! Just read other recent reviews, everyone’s saying the same thing! Shady unethical employees skimping on the portions size. How embarrassing to manage and be employed there.

  You know. I’m not usually one to complain. I went in at 7:15. The girl on the hot line was so annoyed that I was there to begin with. I order a bowl to go. I finally got myself together enough to go get something to eat after two days of not eating and a lot going on in my life. Not that that’s yalls fault. But I digress. She put one scoop of rice in my bowl and then took half out. Which. Whatever. I’m not starving. The people in front of me asked for sour cream and she said they weren’t making anymore. At 7:15…. I ordered the rest of my bowl. I told her I’d wait on sour cream. She said “I don’t think they’re making anymore.” Her coworker looked at her and said “they’re making some right now.” She said “what so like a 10 minute wait?” I nicely said. I don’t care I’ll wait. Not a big deal. She tosses my bowl up in front of the line. Which again whatever. Her coworker got my sour cream and was so pleasant! Respectfully, you don’t know what’s going on in someone’s life. So. I’m going to chalk it up to her just having a bad day. But after I heard how she talked to the people before me AND after me. No. She just didn’t want to be nice. I love chipotle. And I hate that I even have to write this. Seriously give the guy with the black glasses a raise for dealing with the situation.
