    General manager was HORRIBLY RUDE. Or at least that’s what her name tag said. I was too shaken up to remember what her name said because the first thing she said to us was “Okay, I’m gonna be REAL UGLY right now.” She yelled at us that we had “two back to back orders of sixty sandwiches” and that “this is for a catering event.” As you can see from the screenshots of my orders, it’s far from a catering event, and far from sixty sandwiches. When we told her that it wasn’t a catering event OR sixty sandwiches, we also showed her the order confirmation on my phone in case the computer on her side was incorrect, she didn’t even look at the order confirmation and said “Yeah, this is a catering event, I’m not doing a catering event in MY drive through, you need to order this in advance.” I’ve NEVER been spoken to like this, especially by a “general manager.” Any other restaurant would just say “Hey we need more time for this, can you pull around to the front and we’ll have it out as soon as we can?” What she did instead was yell at us and she came across as really aggressive. When we kept telling her it wasn’t that big of an order, it’s just five people, she said “Okay, pull around” and slammed the window shut, but we were scared so we left. The way she was yelling at us, we thought she was gonna beat us up or something but either way, we were absolutely NOT willing to stay and continue being yelled at again.
