- AAAshley5 days ago1.0I am incredibly disappointed with the Drive Up and Go service at this location, particularly with the management. The manager, Alisa, presents herself in a highly unprofessional manner, dressing so casually that she looks like she just came off the street rather than someone running a department. Furthermore, she is never available when actually needed. We experienced multiple issues with our order during the night shift. When the staff attempted to contact her for assistance to resolve the problem, she didn't even bother to pick up her phone. If management isn't willing to show up, dress appropriately, or support their team when issues arise, it’s no surprise the service is suffering. I hope store leadership addresses this lack of accountability

Went back today and bought I box of spaghetti used my card and it approved it. So I went ahead and shop all over again went up to counter NOT AUTHORIZED I was flabbergasted they told me something is wrong with your card. I went to Wal Mart and used my UHC OTC card and it worked. I called Albertsons corporate and was told they no longer accept UHC OTC and I said it approved a box of spaghetti so that's not true. I checked with UHC and told them Albertsons no longer accepts UHC and according to them Albertsons still should be accepting UHC. So this has hurt my food security twice I had to leave my groceries. Please check on that store Longview Texas I believe the problem lies there because everyone told me a different story and were confused.
