  Was looking for brisket they only had one out that I saw I asked the butcher staff if they had anymore and was ignored with no response. I just left my buggy where it was and left unbelievable those people

  One star for crazy price increase on beef ribs…. Been buying beef rib racks for $4.99 lb last 5 weeks in a row. Son wants that on Sunday for dinner. Well today the price was $9.99 lb. Almost double. So no longer getting my groceries there’s. I asked meat counter lady and she said yup that’s the price. Though it shows $4.99lb on app thing.

  Unprofessional workers in bakery. I have enjoyed ordering from the bakery here in the past however the customer service and the cake I received today was disappointing. I ordered a cake (the first hot pink is what I was given). I showed the following photos for reference which are MUCH different than hot pink. My order sheet said “regular” pink, with a hot pink writing therefore I didn’t expect to receive what I did. I get that “regular pink” could come off different based on opinions of me, who took my order, and who decorated the cake. The guy who took my order was very nice, but the lady I spoke to about my issue was going back and forth with me on the colors, was not kind and didn’t offer an immediate resolution . She finally told me I could bring it back to have it redone. I really didn’t want them to remake anything for me with the manner it was being handled + time. I get it home, cut it for the kids party. The cake tasted bitter and like dye. My sister then called because no one ate their cake, to which they offered me to bring it back up for a refund. Bring back a sliced up cake kids attempted to eat? I feel it would’ve been reasonable to offer me a refund in exchange for the cake prior to me even getting it home, without the hassle and unprofessional service. I will not do business here again. Waste of money and disappointing for a special day.

  I am very disappointed with Last order. I received lettuce that was clearly spoiled. I was told it was because it had been selected previous night, but one of the lettuce items was a substitute that I approved shortly before I arrived that same day, so there was no reason for it to be in unacceptable condition. In addition, an entire tote containing part of my order was forgotten. I had to make an unnecessary trip back to the store to pick it up and then go to another store to purchase fresh lettuce because the lettuce I received was spoiled and can’t trust the brands you sell aren’t kept past expiration . While the refund for the lettuce was approved, it does not make up for the wasted time, fuel, and inconvenience. I do want to recognize that the pharmacy staff has always been wonderful. However, because of this experience, I can no longer continue giving this store my business and will be shopping elsewhere.
