  Sat in line over 25 minutes waiting for my drink while I watched the same 4 people stand at the door doing nothing. Not running drinks, not passing straws, nothing!!!!!

  42 minutes for my drink, my drink sat inn the sun on the girls little table and she did not bring my drink to the car. I asked her how long my drink had been sitting and she said nothing. Dutch bros would never do anything like this.

  Been here multiple times, today was the worst experience ever! Girl took the order in front of us, then proceeded to the car to right . Was expecting her to come back to us cause they were next but no she went to the car behind us. Had to call someone over to take our order. Then they gave me the wrong drink TWICE! Made me pull up for them to correct it mean while the kids’ drinks were sitting outside for the whole 25 mins we waited for me to have to get out of my car to get them! Meanwhile the drink still wasn’t right! Crème Brûlée Breve with a shot of cookie butter, double caramel drizzle, and whipped cream! Needless today this service was horrible!

  As much as I love 7brew, the past month or two the line takes so long to get through. Waiting 30 min in a drive through line is ridiculous...
