Chaparral Coffee is Lockhart's original neighborhood coffee shop - family-owned and community-rooted for over 10 years. We've been on the Downtown square since 2016, the first independent coffee shop to open in Lockhart in nearly a decade. Full espresso bar, house-made cold brew steeped 18 hours, breakfast served daily until 3pm. Signature drinks include the Pecan Toddy, Mexican Mocha, and seasonal house-made syrups. Breakfast menu features local eggs from Happy Chick Farms, New World Bakery bread, and White Mountain Bulgarian yogurt. Dog-friendly, family-friendly, Wi-Fi available.
