    They couldn’t hear our order. Did the order online? Order a drink with extra ice and one with easy ice. They put on the lid EI, we assume that stand for easy ice. The manager refused to give us another drink. That is bad customer service.

    The app sucks kept jumping all around, and they sent me 13 miles away , so I get to the store knowing food was going to be cold , drove home and they forgot all my burgers so this becomes a 62 mile trip just to get my money back , this sore is owned by the same person as onalaska store , I just about quit going there , I finally got hot food when I went to Burger King
