  Am a doordasher, went through at 2:11 for an order. Window worker, Elena, handed the food to us said nothing turned around and shut the window on us while we were trying to speak to her about something the customer wanted to make sure was in the order that she had not packed in, mayo packs. Had to exit my car and knock on the window to get her attention.

  Exceed the standards of other McDonald's. They always bring the food to your table if you order it that way through the app. Lilly and the manager of the store were serving us on Wed 06May2026 and were very kind and set a new standard we havent gotten from any other McDonald's in Houston or the Angelina county. Really wish this type of service was located closer to home.

  The food was amazing and there was a kid who brought it to me I think his name is Jayden? He is the nicest soul possible I tried to tip him but he said he would rather I pay it forward. I look forward into coming back and speaking to that young man again Highly recommend

  Every single time I go to McDonald’s they tell me to pull into a curbside spot even if I ordered ONE burger. At that point what is even the purpose of the drive thru. It is clearly just to make their drive thru times look better and the customer is the one paying for it. I should not have to park and wait for the simplest order possible. There is no excuse for putting metrics over basic service. What makes it worse is I have filed multiple complaints through their corporate system. That led to calls from a higher up a man reaching out but nothing ever changed. No follow through no fix same exact issues every time I go back. And inside is just as bad. If you order food with a drink and they bring it to your table they will not bring the drink with it. Then when you ask they hand you an empty cup like you are supposed to go fill it yourself. I am sitting there trying to watch my kid in the playplace and now I have to drag him out just to go get a drink I already paid for. Why even offer drink options if you are not going to actually bring the drink. This is not a one time mistake. It is a pattern and it shows exactly where their priorities are and it is not the customer.

  Dining room is supposed to open at 05:30. Doors locked. Finally answered phone and they wont open today until 06:00. There aren't a lot of people wanting to pile into your dining room at that time so its not like you cant run their orders through the drive through register. Guess its Dennys or Whataburger since you dont value customers. Thanks
