- JJjackAug 21, 20265.0heb livingston tx has Always been wonderful. they try to keep prices down when ALL other stores seek to raise prices an keep them there. heb is the best bar none. I have a small complaint Yet Serious. I go to "ask" (what numb n_ts got rid of "search")? to get the aisle for canned rice & beans. I get all kinds info. Know what I don't get? what I asked for. the aisle for rice& beans. heb's search feature is Useless.

Not a very clean environment either. Will not be shopping with heb anymore. I drive to Houston a couple times a month now to stock on meats.

But please say something to them about the plants they’re torturing out front that do not get watered at night. The sun hasn’t even hit the plants yet and they’re all drooping and dying because they haven’t watered them. This is every time we come into the store. There are nearly dead plants sitting out front.
