The worst experience was pulling up and the girl was counting change from the tip jar to change into bills. When I asked if someone was taking orders she looked over shoulder at the other employees and then said no. When someone did come to take my order they said they were short staffed. I said how when I can see 10 people standing around doing nothing but talking and joking. Meanwhile there were 3 cars behind me. Also unlike other Brews they wait for you to pull up before getting your order. It is unusual if they take orders from cars that are waiting. Most of the time I order ahead but sit in line a solid 10 minutes before I get to where someone gets my order. Then we sit another 10 minutes waiting on drinks that don't even come out together. We may get one and then several minutes get another. I love 7 brew so I continue to go hoping it gets better but so far it is the worst one I have been too. And I hear the owner actually owns the one on Tomball Parkway that I use before work and that group is absolutely amazing.

I feel sorry for the people who work there because they are forced by corporate to play extremely loud music. I have the same issue with the one in Huntsville. The person taking the order cannot hear you & they will probably lose their hearing or partially lose their hearing. It is ridiculous!

Every time I come through 7Brew I greeted quickly and with a smile. I love all the flavors and flavor combinations to make new and exciting drink as well as the classics. The prices are great for the size and I love how quickly I can pull up, order or order through the app, get my drink and go. And the 7Brew crew member are so pleasant to speak with. I love 7Brew. I love 7energy with Bikini Bottom combination with Whipped Cream but I also like Toasted Marshmallow Cinnamon Roll Iced Coffee.
