    I just took my two kids to this location and the service was excellent. All I wanted after a long day at work was a gargantuan with EZ peppers, and Mark and Tyrell came through. No wait, and the sandwiches were great. The staff and their customer service were above and beyond. Every employee in there deserves a raise.

    The sandwich I got was a tuna sandwich. It , was horrible, and i've been trying to call the store so I could talk to the manager and they keep hanging up on me, and they're very rude. I will never ever get anything from there again..

    Terrible experience! Was passing through and decided we wanted a sandwich, service was horrible from the beginning. Girl with the dreads seemed like she didn’t even want to take our order then asked “want the meal or nah” ???? then proceeded to play with her hair as taking our order. I hoped she wouldn’t be the one preparing our food. Then another woman comes out of no where and is throwing things around. Three boys walk in and do not have work clothes on but start grabbing fountain cups and go start making our sandwiches. Very awkward. Got to the car and was so disappointed in our food. One slice of meat ?? is that normal at Jimmy John’s? This was our first time and absolutely disappointed.

    We went in this evening to get a quick dinner and had a great experience! Gabby and Mark were working and made us feel like family. Super friendly and catered to my boyfriend needing everything on the side, with no hesitation. 10/10 recommend this location!

    I ordered a giant sandwich online on my way to a birthday party. I ordered no mayo, no tomato, and no lettuce because a few of us would be sharing the sandwich and I HATE mayo. Upon arriving, there were a few people waiting for food and maybe 4 people behind the counter trying to figure out how to make the orders. I saw one guy slather a bunch of mayo all over a long piece of bread so I went over to the window to let them know that I absolutely do not like mayo and to please double check my sandwich. They said okay and assured me that my sandwich would be out soon. I said no worries, just double checking that my sandwich will not have mayo because I seriously cannot stand it. Someone who seemed to be a lead or manager assured me that my sandwich would be right because he made it himself. I don't know why I place so much trust in people and didn't check my order, but sure enough when I got to where I needed to be I sliced into that sandwich and there was mayo all over the knife. I was starving and hadn't eaten all day and this was supposed to feed me and my family. I opened the sandwich and the amount of mayo on it was disgusting. I was told to my face that there would be no mayo on my sandwich. I called the store and a guy let me know that I would be "added to the list" for refunds. I paid $20 for that sandwich that I had to throw away. 2 weeks later and I have still not received a refund. Very disappointed.
