I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s on July 2 around 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the employee’s name because I wasn’t given a receipt.
The employee didn’t put my food in the bag even though it was sitting right next to him. I had to ask him to bag it, which should have been done automatically. He also had a rude attitude and made me feel rushed while I was placing my order.
Another frustrating moment was when I held the door open because my mom was coming in behind me, and the employee acted like I was opening it for him. It just came across as disrespectful. Because of that employee’s attitude, my mom completely lost her appetite.
I also noticed that after going outside, the employee came back in wearing the same gloves and continued making sandwiches. I didn’t see him change his gloves before handling food, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
On top of that, the tables were dirty, which made the restaurant feel unclean.
I also had to go back to the restaurant because I felt like I had been charged extra for my food. Once again, I wasn’t given a receipt, which made it impossible to verify what I had been charged for. Customers should always receive a receipt without having to ask.
I honestly wish I had just stayed at Cane’s, but I’m pregnant and had a random craving for Jimmy John’s. Sadly, the food wasn’t enough to make up for the poor customer service and overall experience. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Screw Jimmy John's in Live Oak. They falsely advertise delivery. Substitute delivery out to a 3rd party and never deliver. Then when you call they deny any responsibility and refuse to answer any questions other than they are not responsible and my delivery has been canceled. HOEEVER, MY CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN BILLED! DO NOT ORDER FROM JIMMY JOHNS.

I drive for Uber and was at this location #1737 to pick up an order. AC, Ty and Nate were extremely helpful and I was so impressed with their customer service skills. It's very rare these days and I appreciate it. Thanks guys! The sub was delicious.

Id leave no stars if I could but I want to review. Online says they close at a certain time its was 3hrs before closing and the crew was sitting by the window and watched me tug on the door laughing at me. After the 3rd tug they left to the back but didnt even acknowledge or tell me anything as to why they closed 3hrs early! What a joke!

Walked in yesterday with my wife and daughter. 2 employees, one customer ahead of us. Both employees stood at the register taking the one order. One employee then turned and started making a sandwich while the other answered a ringing phone. We were patient, let her finish the call, and walked to the register. She looked at us, didn't say a word and just walked to the back. We were in the store probably 12-15 minutes with no acknowledgment we were there, no "We'll be right with you", just looked straight through. There also seemed to be some tenseness between the employees. Eventually, after not being served or even acknowledged, we left went to the Schertz location and had our order taken and sandwiches back within 5 minutes. This Jimmy John's is not freaky fast by any means.
