  So the food is always pretty exceptional, most of my problems are with the workers not wearing gloves. I feel like when you are touching food (like cones), you should wear gloves. It disgusts me quite a bit. The tables are almost never clean, and they definitely need to train their new workers more because when I go some dipped cones, the ice cream "tower" part was really really short and didnt have a curl. Overall good food but the service could use some work.

  The employees and management have the worst customer service ever!! They are rude and will refuse to even take accountability when they are wrong. Please spend your somewhere else. The service is awful and food not that great!!!!

  The ice cream is the best. I had a peanut butter parfait with the most peanuts and chocolate I've ever had on one. The worker that served us was the sweetest.

  On Wednesday I Ordered two blizzards one of them was a blue Oreo. It was sweeter than I thought it was, so I went inside to see if they can exchange it for a regular didn’t even eat from it. Just literally just tasted the blizzard. The manager had an attitude problem when I asked him if I can get an exchange he said it was my decision to pick that blizzard so I couldn’t get it exchange. He will only exchange it if they messed up on their end, but his tone was kind of rude needs more training in customer service could at least said no and that’s it.
