  Absolutely terrible service. We waited 10–15 minutes just for our server to come back after we said we needed a few minutes to order, then another 30–40 minutes for 16 wings and 2 sides of fries. By the time the food finally came out it was already around 10:15–10:20 PM. The fries were hard and overly crunchy instead of fresh, and the food honestly tasted old. What made it worse was that our server barely checked on us the entire time. The only time she came over was to ask if we needed a refill on our waters when the cups weren’t even halfway empty. Meanwhile we were sitting there forever waiting on our food and eventually had to complain because it was getting late and nothing was coming out. She spent more time walking around than actually serving our table. Management seriously needs to speak to her or hire better servers, and the cooks need to do better too because there’s no reason simple wings and fries should take that long just to come out tasting stale and overcooked.

  I don’t understand what has happened with BWW. This particular restaurant is filthy. Bathroom filthy. Bar area filthy. TV’s are even filthy. Walking in, I should have walked out. I saw the bad reviews and decided to give it a chance anyway. Bar tender was working hard but couldn’t keep up. She’s clearly frustrated. Can’t clean the bar, wait on the bar and wait tables at the same time. I blame management for this failure and the poor grades they get. How do you not clean things? How? Bar area is absolutely atrocious. How do you not train your staff to clean? On top of all the filth, it took 30+ min to get my wings in a restaurant with about 20-25 patrons. This location is a train wreck. Owner, save your time and don’t respond. If you cared, you would have corrected this a long time ago. You copy and pasted lame excuses and apologies. Get off your blessed assurance and fix this place. How do you walk in, look at these tv screens over the bar with sauce dripping off of them and not do something? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT’S FILTHY. Don’t do it. Deadbeat owner and management. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  Horrible service won’t be back. Had to ask other server for multiple things because our server couldn’t check up on us nor get us refills, won’t recommend coming here

  As I’m sitting in the booth still waiting on food we order but never received im writing this review. We order a few appetizers and 2 entrees that all came out at the same time which is not what we wanted, the appetizers were cold 2 of the appetizers were not what we ordered we sent one back and keep one but were upset that they were stale, we waited over 30 mins for one of the apps we sent back than another 30 mins for another app we never got we told them if we can get it togo but still somehow still received the wrong appetizers. The server who name was I think was Racheal might still need more training because she wasn’t very good overall very bad experience

  We visited this location right at opening and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The restaurant didn’t appear to be cleaned yet, with dirty floors, trash outside the entrance, and bathrooms that were not in good condition, which was surprising first thing in the morning. Our server was kind and did his best, and we appreciated that. However, the food took a bit longer than expected, and the boneless wings were mostly breading with very little chicken. This is our third visit to this location over the past few years, and we’ve had similar experiences each time, so it seems to be a recurring issue rather than a one-time situation. Hoping to see improvements in cleanliness and food quality in the future.
