  super disappointed .They gave me a messed up lid and she knew it was messed up and gave it to me anyways the smoothie spilled all over when I got out of car and didn't give me a spoon for my açaí bowl so now I can't eat that since i'm not at home... wasn't even busy at all like get it together

  Non-existent customer service. Didn't greet me when I entered. Didn't thank me for a purchase. Glared at me while handing my order. Awful experience. Won't be coming back!

  There were two young ladies working when we entered the establishment. We were not greeted. My sister and I waited an entire four minutes before we said good morning to them because they had not acknowledged us. We told the first young lady closer to the door that we wanted to order. She finished making whatever she was making and continued to assist the drive-through. There was another young lady that was already making drinks when we arrived and she was so busy she had not realized that we were in there. The second girl with curly hair, finally greeted us to take our order because the first young lady with the braids never came back to ask us what we wanted to order until the second young lady started helping us. The atmosphere was very somber and uninviting!

  I was the only customer in Tropical Smoothie and it took them 5-10mins before even acknowledging someone was in the store. I went to the restroom but it was locked and the manager on duty was in it the entire time (assuming it was the M.O.D, because he was wearing a black collared shirt while the other staff members wore matching aqua blue tees) This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I will be going back to Smoothie King from now on.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my experiences at Tropical Smoothie lately. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every visit has had an issue. The first time, my quesadilla wasn’t even melted it looked like it was barely warmed and just cut and thrown into the box. The second time, I ordered an açaí bowl and it had freezer burn and tasted old and nasty. When I brought it up, the general manager Ryan tried to tell me that’s just how they’re made, which is not true because I order these regularly and know what they’re supposed to taste like. I decided to give them another chance, and once again my order was messed up. I went back to request a refund, but was told only a manager could process it. I called the next day and was told the refund was handled but it never showed up. After waiting 3–5 business days (and even two weeks), still nothing. I called again, spoke to Ryan who said they escalated it and processed it again… and now it’s been a full month with no refund. At this point, it’s not just about the food quality it’s the lack of accountability and follow-through. I’ve been patient and understanding, but this is unacceptable. I also shouldn’t have to drive a whole 20 minutes to another tropical smoothie because they do amazing at their food quality.
