  Unacceptable service and dishonest billing practices! I ordered two kids' meals, but the employee taking the order was incredibly rude, had trouble hearing me, and hung up the intercom mid-sentence while I was trying to correct a mistake she made on the screen. When she brought the food out, she had the completely wrong drink (a blue raspberry mini instead of the Berry Citrus Refresher I asked for) and plain hamburgers instead of the cheeseburgers I ordered. When I politely asked her to bring the correct drink, she took the wrong one back, but returned claiming that "store policy" required me to pay for both drinks anyway. The employee COMPLETELY botched the order, hung up on me, forgot the cheese on my kids' burgers, and then tried to double-charge me to cover up her own register mistakes. This is incredibly dishonest behavior and terrible customer service. Avoid this location until management retrains their staff.

  The service and location was really nice, but my drink wasn’t good, which never happens at Sonic. I ordered a dirty Dr. Pepper, and the cream was rancid. I went today (10/4) during the afternoon. The drink was terrible, which sucked because I love Sonic’s dirty sodas.

  I waited for 25 minutes for my doordash order. Had to ask 3 times, because the first person didnt check the orders, and I had so many drinks and didn’t get drinks holder. They don't care about their doordash order

  The fries were bad they had a weird aftertaste and they were wayyyy too salty. The fries were also super crunchy but in the way where they were quite hard to chew and unsatisfying. The drinks were fine
