  they charge me 2 times l pay at the machine and they it didn't work pay 2 times left my drink was wrong alone with my order and when back and tell them everything and they make me wait 20 minutes didn't change my food and one of the managers that talk to me chains or claines whatever his name was he was really disrespectful and laugh at my face

  Save your time and go to the 380 location. I was waiting for service, after a while touched the button again and still nothing. No acknowledgement, no we'll be right with you, absolutely nothing. The team members were outside socializing.

  Man this place always has something wrong with it. Between the card readers being down, getting the wrong drinks, or the soda machines malfunctioning, there’s hardly a time i’ve come here without issue. Staff is friendly but place itself seems poorly managed

  I ordered a brownie bites blast and only got chocolate shards, no brownies. I went back and let them know, so what they did was give me vanilla ice cream and sprinkled shreds of chocolate and micro tiny pieces of brownies on top. Don't waste your money or time.
