- SNSai Manoj NandamMay 6, 20261.0Worst service in any restaurant I have been to. The person on the line just speaks to himself you have to struggle to hear from him. I wanted to make it a meal and asked for chips and drink. At the billing he charged for chips and drink along with the bowl. After I paid he left the billing station minding his own business, no chips or drink was handed over to me. Somebody else came to me and asked if I needed help and I explained the situation. She looked at my bill and quietly gave me the chips and a cup. No apologies whatsoever. Then I realized the charge was made seperately for chips and drink rather than a meal which costs more when done seperately. When I asked about it she told me I was not charged for a meal. She did not offer to fix it, watching my face if I ready to leave them. When I insisted this needs to be corrected, they called up someone else and he fixed it. Again, no apologies. The man who billed me initially is watching over everything with out word like he did not cause me any trouble. Total stupidity.

I ordered a bowl with ground beef, corn salsa, cilantro, queso... the queso is worse than Chipotle's (and that's awful 😖) it had the consistency of a thick, cold, gravy...still flavorless, even the spicy queso that I got on the side...all lacking flavor. If you are not an avid Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine lover, this would be good for you. For those of us who can eat it every day without issue, not so much. The chips were fresh and hot. The presentation was great and truly made me think I was going to really enjoy my meal...disappointment as soon as my taste buds gasped with disdain. First bite was enough to know I would be eating it just to satisfy my hunger. Anyway, it was okay, just not for me. Hope this helps.
