  Everytime I have asked for sauce and it is never there and they are always in a hurry to send you off in the drive through.

  Pedí un comida por aplicación la cual Recogi al instante! Mis papás estaban súper feas, aguadas frías y sin sal! Pedí ketchup y no fue puesta en la bolsa y no pusieron popote para mi bebida pésimo servicio

  The General Manager name Jessica (Black girl) is NASTY AS HELL and doesn't deserve to be in no ones management position. I was there and she was very rude and ugly not only to customers, but he employees. McDonald's should be very ashamed of hiring her and placing her in a high position of any kind. I try to avoid coming to this location just because of her. I will press and keep pressing until she is no longer working in any job position that deals with customers or overseeing any type of staff. She acts like she wants to get active with people. Jessica rolls her eyes and speaks rudely and very aggressive to people.

  I placed a doordash order online and i called the restaurant and asked if they could hand the lady that was picking up my order some ranch & the man hung up in my face i called bck to explain that his actions were unnecessary and rude and he proceeded to hang up again . all whit h could have been fixed by js locations my order and handing the person some ranch . this place is very unprofessional and sad ! I do not recommend anyone eat here from a personal experience not only is the customer service bad but the food is bad too & they poorly care for their customers . mind u this is not about ranch but the lack of professionalism !!

  whoever was working 11pm 04/14 is who i am making this review about. fries weren’t salted at all the first OR the second time we came in—second was for a re-make. the lady with the two-colored braids and the man with the bowl cut both gave me HORRIBLE attitude when politely asking for properly salted food. sorry for inconveniencing you and asking you to do your job properly! MANAGEMENT/CORPORATE needs to take a closer look at this store because every time my husband and i come over for a quick midnight snack, their food is just not up to par. i’d rather drive back down 20mns plano to a reliable store than go to this one again—horrible service and horrible people who work here.
