  For the second time in just a month, I’ve came during open normal business hours and they aren’t helping people in the drive-thru. I saw 4 different cars have to pull in, and go inside. It’s frustrating to have to do that when they are open. And again, not the first time. Secondly, the employees seem like you’re doing them a disservice by coming here. There’s a young man who was friendly and apologetic after the latest drive thru incident, but literally everyone seems irritated and unhappy about the fact you came here. It seems to be a lot of younger kids and typically there’s not many people working so the service just takes awhile. We love Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne’s but despite multiple attempts at redemption, this place just keeps missing the bar.

  Really horrible experience. This location is consistently understaffed, extremely slow, and the staff is not friendly. I have now had to leave the drive thru twice because the wait was so long. Both times there were no customers inside and only one car ahead of me, yet I waited 10 to 15 minutes. On my previous visit, I got to hear the person ordering in front of me and they only ordered one smoothie yet it still took 10 to 15 minutes for them to get one smoothie and no customers in store. Once I saw that I ended up just leaving. I thought maybe I’d give it a second chance for another time and thought maybe it was just that once. Same situation still with one car. Unfortunately, after two experiences like this, I won’t be returning.

  Very disappointing first experience. I was really excited to try Jamba Juice and came to this location today based on the posted hours showing that they close at 8 PM. I arrived about 45 minutes before closing, only to be told that the Jamba Juice side was already shut down and they were only serving Auntie Anne’s. When I asked why Jamba Juice was no longer being served when it was still well before closing time, I was told, “We are just no longer serving it.” I understand that businesses may need to stop serving certain items for various reasons, but if the Jamba Juice side is going to close before the advertised closing time, the hours should be updated or customers should be made aware. I made the trip specifically because I was excited to try Jamba Juice, only to be turned away while there was still 45 minutes left before closing. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and still haven’t gotten to try Jamba Juice. I hope management addresses this because customers shouldn’t be making a trip based on posted hours only to find out the service has ended early.

  It was hot inside waiting for the food. Service was horrible, we waited 20 min to order while the 2 employees talked to each other about random school stuff. No frozen drinks or coffee drinks were available. Smoothies can be made but not frozen drinks or coffees. There was no fresh fruit involved in making any of the drinks.
