  Went to Whataburger lindale and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich dry and plain only cheese and a order of wings with sweet and spicy sauce didn't get the cheese on the sandwich and well they made my chicken bites with no sauce 😔 unfortunately tonight sucked but overall somewhat good plus they were not busy at all 1 older gentleman was actually waiting to be asked any questions on what he wanted and they waited a good 25 mins just to serve him

  Friendly staff and cool interior that was unique from other Whataburgers I’ve been to. Bathrooms were very clean!!

  It's fine. It's whataburger. Nothing fancy. Makes a mistake almost every time I order but it's whataburger so 🤷🏽 it's expensive fast food it's fine that's it but sometimes you crave it

  Ever since Miss Nancy retired, this location has steadily gone downhill. Without strong leadership, some employees seem to feel empowered to argue with customers instead of providing good service. Rather than taking responsibility when an order is incorrect, they become defensive and make comments under their breath when asked to fix their mistakes. Some of the longtime employees, like Richard, still understand the importance of great customer service and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, some of the younger employees, such as Skyland and Riley, seem to lack both professionalism and basic courtesy, making what should be an enjoyable meal an uncomfortable experience. This most recent visit was the final straw. I won’t be returning to this location to have my meal and overall experience ruined again.
