  Last week I ordered a hot fudge shake, I got vanilla. Tonight I ordered a carmel shake, i got vanilla. what is wrong with you people?

  This star goes to the pink/reddish fading hair carhop. She was the rudest person I have came to meet up there. I asked for a cup of ice and she got and slams the drive through window. Then she proceeded to help other people after me while I’m in the drive through waiting. 5 minutes later I’m watching her just standing in front of the counter counting her money. I honk my horn quickly to remind her I’m there STILL WAITING. The looks at me from inside, she Mouthed “WHAT” at me and SLAMED the tray she was in front of then came to the window. She asked me “what?” I asked her what her problem was and I’m just waiting for a cup of ice for 10 minutes now. She said she’s trying, but clearly was just standing there counting her money. I asked for a manager and the manager mocked me, had me wait another 5 minutes until the sweetest girl that usually helps me, black girl with blonde ends. She apologized for the situation, because the other employee OR the manager just chose not to. The manager did nothing and was apparently saying something funny bc both girls were laughing. Regardless, I always tip this sweet black girl. And I apologize for her for having to work with such trash, no customers service ignorant people. Please show this to your GM.   Sonic is good for fast food, even though the order was wrong. Just traveling through the area, so didn't go back to get it fixed.

  Matthew and the team did an outstanding job with our order. We needed 80 breakfast burritos prepared in less than an hour, and they delivered without any issues. Matthew was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Great customer service, great communication, and great food. Highly recommend this Sonic location!
