  We go here fairly often, and while it’s not always the best, we’ve never experienced service this bad. We went yesterday Friday, August 28th around 6:30 PM and waited about 14 minutes for a chicken finger basket and a sundae. By the time we received our food, the sundae was completely melted. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the employee who brought our food out to the car. She offered no explanation for the wait, didn’t even say “sorry for the wait,” and was rude and acted as though I was the problem. We understand that places get busy, and we’re used to waiting when we come here, but this was beyond the normal experience. The wait was unusually long, the food was not up to standard, and the customer service was unacceptable. I’m not sure what is going on there lately, but after this experience, we won’t be going back.

  We moved from an area in Dallas County, but it wasn't well kept. This one was exceptionally good, we've missed being close to a Dairy Queen that was as good as we remembered them being. This Dairy Queen didn't disappoint us.

  consistently forgets items. Got a crispy chicken taco salad with virtually no lettuce and taco sauce instead of picante sauce. The sour cream seemed old and runny. No eating untensils. Taco shell is stale.

  I spend a lot of money at this Dairy Queen or I did. I am single and I don’t cook a lot anymore for meals like breakfast which is about to change. I ordered a sausage biscuit. That’s it that’s all. And I paid over $3 for it. And I can’t even eat it. It wasn’t hot or even warm. The biscuit seems like a day or 2 old. The sausage is terrible. I work too hard for my money to be paying for crap like this. The last time I ordered a sprite from this Dairy Queen it was flat and I called to tell them and it was like a joke to them. I have had it with places like this one. Tired of spending money on crappy food and they just get away with it!! I won’t be back. Thank you so much for an awful breakfast this morning.
