  Two weeks in a row, same experience. We ordered two dipped cones and two blizzards each time, and got part of the order in a decent amount of time but the other half a VERY long time later. My teens had both finished the ice cream from their large dipped cones by the time we got blizzards, and I would estimate this visit to have been 15-20 minutes from ordering to leaving with our order. Staff is very nice and it’s nice in there, I feel like there is a breakdown somewhere.

  Bunch of kids shoved my debit card into the card machine over and over until the chip fell out and they couldn’t find the chip. So I can’t access my money and its caused a huge problem for me. Holiday weekend, banks aren’t open can’t replace my card.

  Always great ice cream treats but my gripe is that a bus full of seniors arrived right after we placed our Blizzard orders. The cashiers busily took all the new arrivals orders and started bringing out cooked items to the seniors before we got our 3 Blizzards! Of course you want to see e the new customers but not at the expense of the ones who ordered first!

  We love DQ and stop to grab some old fashioned food that we really enjoy head back to Dallas
