  Drove up about 7:00pm ordered 2 cheeseburgers when got them they were cold I ask for a manger the carhop told me that their no manager there just the cook so I ask her whom do talk too her words to me was Google it I push the red button and talk with a guy and sent it back they proceeded to send it back she said heated still felt the same I told them that I been dealing with sonic for a long time always please until today I told that I was going to report them I am so disappointed in my treatment.

  Waited for 20 min saw our order delivered to another car. Called again on status of order and another 5 min went by and finally received order. Order, (6 sonic blasts) came out melted, workers were extremely apologetic but when I assume manager came out he was argumentative and disrespectful. Been going to Sonic in liberty for 30 years never been treated with that level of disrespect.

  Our car hop Richie came out to our truck, and is rude as hell! Our order needed to be corrected he had an attitude about that and then when we paid he tossed our receipt in our truck. We asked to speak with the manager and I told her he was rude as hell and she was like he is my son and he was going through some stuff, but never tried to make things right. After talking with others they have the same or similar experience and he is just rude all the time!! I won’t be back and I’ll just start going to Wendy’s

  I try to go when traffic is low. Usually for a drink. This has happened several times lately. Today I pushed the button. No one on either side. Vehicles pull up. They come on take their order. Still no one taken my order. I push the button again. People on each side get order get order (drinks) leave. Car pulls in again, they come on to take their order. I push again, they come on and ask me if I can hold. I drive to Dayton. It never happens to me there.
