I try to go when traffic is low. Usually for a drink. This has happened several times lately. Today I pushed the button. No one on either side. Vehicles pull up. They come on take their order. Still no one taken my order. I push the button again. People on each side get order get order (drinks) leave. Car pulls in again, they come on to take their order. I push again, they come on and ask me if I can hold. I drive to Dayton. It never happens to me there.

Complete dog crap service. Literally waited 40 minutes for 2 meals if I wouldn’t have already paid i would have left. Sad excuse just all around

We’ve been to this Sonic location quite a few times, and honestly, it hasn’t always been the best experience in the past but unfortunately it is the closest location to us. We’ve had issues with incorrect orders (like ordering a strawberry shake with no strawberry in it) and extremely unfriendly service.
But last night completely changed our opinion.
It was late, and there were only two employees working, but you wouldn’t have known it by the service we received. The manager was out car hopping himself, and he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was right. Our order was accurate, the food was good, and the overall experience was one of the best we’ve had at any Sonic.
We also found out they’re now open 24 hours, which is a huge plus.
Big credit to Nick the Manager working last night. He really turned things around for us and changed our opinion on this location.

I swear, every place in this town that serves food is the same way. No one who seems like they want to work, orders constantly wrong and taking forever. Things forgotten. I just can't understand it. Same thing happened tonight here at sonic. Food taking forever, then it's wrong, etc. I get it, these companies pay y'all crap money. Y'all definitely deserve to get paid more. But by all means, do your job correctly. Ain't nothing but gossip and crap talking happening by what I believe to be the manager within earshot because THEY forgot OUR food we paid for and we asked for it. Smh.

The workers dont seem to enjoy their job. Orders are always wrong. Service is slow & once they finally bring you your food they are not smiling or giving a pleasant greeting. Everything is rushed and inaccurate orders . Management need to know of more issues such as this. They will make it right but you have to share your experiences. The way I see it, how many times you gotta keep reporting the same issues to Management b4 you just decide to not go anymore .
