  I’m very disappointed with my order. When I got home and checked my food, one of the tacos looked like it had already been eaten or was incomplete. What’s worse is that they charge extra for the Doritos taco, so I expected to receive the full product and for it to be in good condition. Please check orders more carefully before giving them to customers.

  Why is this place slow? Is this a franchise or corporate location?? Where is the DM or Franchise business development consultant at?? They need to do a visit to evaluate this location. They are slow & always mess up & forget items!

  If I could leave no stars I would! Absolutely terrible Taco Bell we have ever been to. Someone needs to let all of these people go and start fresh with people that actually want to work! They are so unmotivated, extremely slow, orders are always wrong for the time we wait in the drive through or sit inside to wait for our order something is always wrong. Liberty Hill please do something about your location. Thankfully, I’m from Leander so that location always does their job correctly.

  The last two times i have done a mobile order they didn’t give me all my food. After waiting in line for ever i had get back in line to wait all over again. This used to be a good location but it down so bad. Tonight all the employees were to busy joking and flipping off ppl sitting in side to do there job
