  Dear Sonic , yes we get its fast food but seriously the food was not good . It used to be good . We got chicken strips that look nothing like what yall claim in the menu and they were so over cooked and so dry . Clearly could tell they were either two days old or under the heat all day . I’m not sure but why even bother if you’re going to cook food like that ? Where did y’all’s standard go? I took pictures of it too . We were in a hurry to get to a ball game so we did t have a lot of time . But honestly people should not have to say anything . You could clearly look at the chicken strips and tell something was wrong and they were burned. Do better or close up shop . Most people won’t complain. Most people may even come back because they have no choice and they are in a hurry . Either way .. it sucks when you take peoples money and clearly see your doing wrong .

  i’ve ordered here dozens of times. it’s my favorite location. their always fast, and the quality is top tier. Sonic. why are you getting rid of red bull? I am sad now

  Absolutely the worst place to order. I ordered through their app. They said it would take an hour even though I live 3 miles from them. Then, an hour and a half later, I call the driver and he is over 1 miles past my house. He was all the way in Leander. He had driven right by my house. He blamed the app for sending him to the wrong address. He had my number, but never called. He was off on another job. I called Sonic and they blamed the app, claiming they just started using it 2 days ago. They absolutely refused to refund my money and blamed Door Dash. I did not order it through door dash, I ordered it in the Sonic app. So, if you deal with this Liberty Hill location, you may not receive your order and they will not refund your money. A complete rip off!
