  Came to this one because it was closer then I remember why I went the extra miles the opposite direction when I get my food. I ordered a bacon McGriddle with chicken sub round egg. Instead I got sausage biscuits with a folded egg no cheese. I called up there it says leave a message but I know I wont get a call back. And I just can’t go back up there because I’m already at work and I only work in this area twice a month.

  Ordered online for quick pickup. Arrive 6 minutes later then parked for 10 minutes before receiving food. Wait would've been fine had we received fresh food. However, we got barely warm food that tasted like it had been sitting. Extremely disappointing

  Always check your order before you leave.. you will miss the items. They do not even look back once the order js thrown out of the window. You have to hang there for someone to comeback again and give you the condiments, even the ones you asked for while placing the order. They are always in a rush… order is late and horrrrible customer service.

  Ordered three simple meals each with a drink. Get to the window, horrible service. Employee has no greeting, takes my card, gives it back. Then tells me they have no decaf, and they had put too much ice I the tea so it has to be remade. Had to ask for the receipt. None of them were meals, no hashbrowns. "Oh, we can ring those up and you can wait another 20 minutes 😏 Three orders wrong, two of three drinks had issues. Waited forever, and you get "We just opened and we're short staffed". It's sad to see them turn into KMart...... You will NOT get another dime from me or my family. Enjoy your continued decline, I support it by shopping anywhere else that simply cares. When you go to an establishment who expects you to pay full price for service they don't provide, then keep dreaming!!! No service = no sale.

  It's the only space themed mcdonalds I've ever seen really fun novelty stop the inside wasn't very clean but other than that it was great.
