  We moved to LH 2 months ago. I have gone to DQ at 6 times, my son went for both of us once. Every time, I'll order steak finger basket & ask to substitute fries with onion rings. I pay extra. I always get fries instead of rings I ordered. All but once, I've gone inside & ordered, several times I've eaten in. One time I asked for & paid for a side of rings, thinking, maybe they'll get it right if its an extra side but no. I got 2 orders of fries. Was then told they had to make the rings. By the time I got home rings would have been the only thing warm. My son went thru drive thru last week for us. Same thing. (I'm not crazy about fries anyway, I prefer onion rings. In fact, I'd prefer to get what i ordered and paid extra for. )He paid for extra for rings but got home with fries. He's in restaurant business and he gets upset about something like this that should be easy not like the sports bar he manages. Every. Blasted. Time. Fries.

  I drove through at this location and the sweetest lady ever took my order. Southern Charm is alive and well at the Liberty Hill Dairy Queen. The Queen of the Dairy Queen is serving it up at the drive through!! Be sure to stop by!!

  making this review for ms karen, you could be having the worst day of your life and your thinking “oh let me go get an ice cream” and then you hear this amazing women through the speakers and she will genuinely make you forget about all the bad in the world, i have never been treated with such love from a complete stranger before. every establishment needs them a ms karen, she is so sweet and kind and always gets the orders right, when shes working i know my blizzard is gonna come out on POINT. i really hope she gets or has already gotten a raise because the amount of times ive come through she always just has the best attitude which is so hard to come across especially in fast food, ive always loved my dq but she just makes it ten times better, texas loves you ms karen❤️
