  the young hispanic girl who takes calls and is usually in the front is a complete BOSS everytime i call and she picks up i am delighted big props to her she replies and talks like her life depends on it where is her raise 🤪🤪

  Service, product quality and customer service has declined. This use to be my go to store. I encountered a situation to where I purchased 52.00 worth of wings for family. Got home and noticed the ranch was watery and wings were not cooked as the normal. I immediately call and the employee apologized and said they had new employees and she offered me to come back that night but I asked could I do it another time, the food was awful nobody barely ate any of it. A vast majority was thrown away. She said since you spent so much we will just replace the order and Ill put it in system.. A week or 2 passed, and I called to replace order, the credit was not in the system. The employee said that's alot of money to be credited and I said that's alot of money I spent to get food that wasn't prepare correctly. So then I called back and spoke with the Gm, Ernest....he asked me if I had the product after 2 weeks. I said you got to be kidding me. I then looked up the date and exact amount. He then took my info to investigate and even the employee who told me she was going to issue the credit. I have not heard anything from him. I dislike bad customer service and I would never try to get over because things are expensive and also I dont like waisting money over a bad product. I will never go back to this location. The GM and his employees need remedial training and learn how and what to say to customers, in addition to following up with there actions. That is why they deserve this review!!

  Sunday Night Crew 5/17/26 I love yall fr. They waited after hours so I can pick up. I didn’t know Uber Eats let orders slide through right before close I was calling uber to cancel because I quickly googled and the locations were closing and I was mad embarrassed to be the last one. Uber couldn’t cancel so I called them to see if they did it. I think I spoke with the manager but the whole crew was super nice. And still made the food buss probably the best food I’ve ever had from Wingstop. And I ordered parm fries and god dayum had me foaming at the mouth with the amount of parm I got. My back is huge that night. Thank yall x

  I ordered wings from this Wingstop and was extremely disappointed. The wings were unbelievably greasy and appeared to be soaking in oil. As you can see from the photo, a large amount of oil collected in the container. The food was unappetizing and difficult to eat because of how oily it was. Eating food with this much excess oil on a regular basis is not healthy and can contribute to heart and cholesterol problems over time. I expected much better quality and preparation. This was a very poor experience, and I do not plan to order from this location again.
