Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
It is 5/11/26, 2AM. Just had to leave a review for the night crew. I'm hard of hearing. They were patient with me when most people get exasperated, food was great, and they just the best kind of attitudes that make you wanna come back. Kudos and shoutout to them.

Ordered 2 large fries with my order at the drive thru, and they gave me medium fries. So I go inside to order another 2 medium fries. Apparently they must have ran out and had to make more (most restaurants would make more before you run out) so I ended up waiting inside the restaurant for 15 minutes for 2 medium orders of fries. I want to love whattaburger but they are consistently dissapointing me.

If you have 20 mins - 50 mins to wait for your food in drive through then this is the place for you! They park every car no matter how busy. You could be the only car and you’re getting parked.
I was actually yelled at by an employee this was a first. Wild. Nothing will happen which is fine. But I’ll drive an extra five mins down the road for better everything. Waste of space this one is.

I don’t even know why I tried coming back here. 10 years ago lived in the apartments behind here and it sucked. Always slow, your always the issue, came back today on my way to one of my restaurants and it just sounded good as a quick snack. Just a burger, just cheese and ketchup. Pull to lane b. Sat there 10 min.
I finally reversed as 3 people got served before me. Went to the window for them to tell me that their tablet died for lane b and I need to pull up. And park and wait, 20 min later no food. I ended up just leaving

After you order at the drive thru they tell you to park even tho there is zero cars in line. Once I got my food I asked the guy if I could check the contents real quick he just said "if you're missing something come inside" and walked away and of course I was missing the sauce I paid for. Whatever, I didn't complain just walked in and asked for my sauce. Got home and I had asked for NO mustard on the sweet and spicy, gave me this dry 💩 instead.
