  I'm starting to think nobody tends to the front anymore when customers walk in. But anyway, a young gentleman eventually took my order which was that new hot honey crisp chicken sandwich and when he asked if I wanted a whatachickn, grilled or spicy and i paused out of confusement because I thought the new sandwich came crispy originally. I didn't know I can have it grilled or spicy. So the manager stepped in and helped the young man but when I got my order they gave me the original whatachickn lol. Not the hot honey crisp. So I told them that it was the wrong sandwich and the gentleman exclaimed "I knew he wanted the hot honey!" He went back to tell the manager and they had a bit of an argument. She came back out and gave me this.. mind yall I asked for toasted buns with lettuce and tomato on the honey crisp..

  Every time I order at this location I’m waiting on my order after it’s suppose to be ready for pick up on their website today I had to go in get my own food because no one was coming and I’m came after the time it was suppose to be ready. The last time I ordered the manager was rude. Once again my order took an additional 20 min

  it’s a hit or miss not gonna lie, you’ll either get fresh food or old stale food. the black female manager during the night shift is always passive aggressive the times i’ve gone don’t know her name but if she sees this get your attitude together it’s annoying. paid $15 for a patty melt and my grilled onions were basically raw lol.

  The fries are consistently nasty, stale, and cooked in old oil here....I live nearby and have given this location many chances. That's why I decided to leave this review. If you crave fries: DO NOT COME HERE. Drive to a different drive-through. You will end up throwing these fries in the TRASH. THEY ARE GARBAGE.

  I waited a half an hour only to discover that my order had been completely forgotten. The frustration of this situation robbed me of my appetite so I asked for a refund. I received this refund in cash instead of card, I assume to hide this whole thing from the GM, but that's speculation. But what added insult to injury was being shorted on my refund and having to ask for the rest of what I paid.
