I specifically ask for less ice, and they completely ignore that request. One time they even gave me a smoothie that filled maybe half the cup — what a joke! The taste today was disgusting — watery, bland, and nothing like what a smoothie should be. And to make it worse, the staff couldn’t care less. Their attitude is unbelievably rude, like they’re doing you a favor by just standing there. No apology, no courtesy, just blank stares and attitude. I’m done wasting money here. If you actually want good service or a decent drink, avoid this place at all costs. Three strikes is more than enough — they clearly don’t care about their customers or quality.
