  Zero stars I visited the deli chicken wasn’t done all the way . I been coming here for years and the chicken appeared really undone. ( baked chicken) A worker with braids and shinny teeth was in the back talking loud on the phone you can hear the speaker of a lady as well. when he finally approach I just walked off. Worker had no customer service and I said hello twice employees need to put customers first not cell phones. An also cooked the chicken more well done. I won’t be back!!!!!!!

  🌸💐 A HUGE shoutout to Sharon & Susan in the Tom Thumb Floral Department! 💕✨ These ladies are incredibly talented, kind, and so much fun to work with! I needed 🎈balloons and 🌼table bouquets for a graduation party, and I was absolutely blown away by what they created—especially for the price! 🤩 I learned that Susan has done weddings for years, and it definitely shows. 💍💐 The bouquets were fresh, elegant, and absolutely beautiful. She even took the time to show me the easiest way to remove them from the bucket and arrange them in my vases. Such a thoughtful touch! 🥹❤️ They truly went above and beyond, and their customer service was just as amazing as their floral designs. 🌷👏 I’ll be coming back for every party I host, and I would absolutely recommend Sharon and Susan for weddings, showers, celebrations, and any special event! 🌹🎉 Thank you both for making my party so beautiful! 💕

  I have never in my life experienced better customer service than I did today. My delivery order wasn’t fulfilled as expected and although I was mad, Courtney couldn’t have done a BETTER job to make me feel like she was handling the situation.. she really went above and beyond and now I’ll keep shopping my deliveries here. Thank you Courtney!!

  If I could give zero stars I would for the deli department. I stood there for 15 minutes while employees put spoons away without even acknowledging me. Then she asked if I needed anything after I said yes then goes back to cleaning. I asked her I they were open then she said ill be right with you. And this was at 6pm. They definitely need to be thought customer service. This is ridiculous.

  I had an online order for nearly $200.00 that was never delivered. I contacted the online support team immediately, and was assured I would receive a refund. The store then denied the refund saying the order was delivered. It was not delivered anywhere on my street, and I have doorbell camera footage from the "time of delivery" showing nobody dropping an order off. There was no photo for the delivery either. The driver either took the order, or dropped it at the completely wrong address. But I am somehow still on the hook for $200.00 and had to go to the store again to get my groceries. In their denial of the refund, no details were provided. The online agents are not provided any details beyond "the store denied the refund because they were able to confirm it was delivered". They could not have confirmed it as delivered, as once again my doorbell camera footage shows that nothing was delivered to my house, and the driver did not provide a picture. To me, it seems that they simply confirm the order has left the store. If this is your process, what is to stop a driver from just pulling up to a house, marking as delivered, and driving away with the order? Very disappointing. I essentially had my groceries stolen and the store has zero interest in assisting a member and customer. Update: Was told I would be receiving a call from somebody at the store regarding this issue, and still have not been contacted. It has been a few days, and I was told I would be contacted that day.
