  Food is good although I was expecting way better. Tacos are a decent size, not going to lie the hibiscus water is very good and so was the horchata water. Very affordable as well would recommend even thought I will probably not be coming back.

  I was happy to hear that Taxco was right down the street from me. They're food is pretty good but everything about this place is inconsistent. I've visited this location about 3 times. The first time was great, quick and friendly service. I was telling everyone I know about this restaurant and I was planning on bringing more friends and family here until my second visit. The second time I went with my husband and the young guy tried to upcharge him $13 for a Paloma when we asked for a Beer. He said "it's the same price." And another employee told him to charge a Modelo ($6) and he argued with him till he finally charged us correctly. The second time I went we went with my father in law. He's a very tall guy, bulky. We both ordered the same plate, and they served him double what mine was and it was noticeable. I am not a small girl and I felt a little annoyed that the served me a quarter of what my father in law was served. They also never gave us the coffee that we paid for. My father in law went back to buy another one. Always take your receipt just in case something doesn't get brought out. I hope things change with this restaurant, I wanted it to be an option to go to when I get out of work late. And for it being to close to me it's disappointing. I will be avoiding this restaurant from now on.

  Very upsetting to go in there last night just to order an order of nachos. The guy in front of me had four items on his ticket and he was out of there in like 10 minutes. I waited for another 15-20 minutes after that. I finally patiently went back to the counter with my number and there was even another dinner sitting on the counter waiting to go out or wherever it was going. And still no nachos I looked over and he was sticking a styrofoam thing of nachos into the microwave to heat it up. Everyone knows and the restaurant business you do not heat up food in the microwave and styrofoam. Almost said I just wanted my money back but I was so hungry and took it anyway. But the girls were so rude and to make me wait that long was ridiculous. There was only one other couple in there maybe two couples eating I think one of them worked there. So there was no reason for me to have to wait almost 25 minutes for my nachos. I almost called a race card and say it was because I was white but I was super friend to them so there was no reason for them to do that

  Always enjoyed the food at this place until I had one experience that resulted in a dispute between myself and one the evening mgrs Carlos. The prior day myself and my husband placed an order and the food was overcooked. After reaching out earlier in the day and confirming with an employee Catherine and the General Mgr Jesus to come back and call prior to returning back to restaurant to receive the entire orders remade as correction for the previously bad experience the results ended in a rude and very unprofessional conversation with the evening Manager Carlos. I informed Carlos of what we were instructed to do and was told that the GM states we needed to bring back the food which was put in the trash and or the receipt (which a detailed receipt is never provided by anyone that works there.) I’m absolutely dissatisfied with the food, the service and the unprofessional experience I’ve had with a Mgr there. This turned into an absolute nightmare that was really unnecessary. It’s already enough when you go through the drive thru you wait for 25-30 minutes at a time but to receive overcooked food and told to come back with nothing required to have this experience changed and then it turns out worse it’s bad! I referred friends family to this place and visit there every chance I got! The disrespect is far beyond repairable!
