  I ordered Cinnamon Twists, but instead received a bag of tortilla chips. I didn’t realize it until I got home. The employee was wearing AirPods while helping customers and didn’t seem to be paying attention, which may be why my order was wrong in the first place. Everyone makes mistakes, but being attentive and handling concerns professionally goes a long way. I hope management improves both order accuracy and customer service.”

  6/24/26 whoever was working the window after 7:30pm sucks and shouldn’t be working fast food. We waited at the drive through speaker for around 20 minutes even after there were no cars at the window. Guy manning drive through told us at 7:30 to give him a second and then he never said anything after that. Drove up to the window at 7:50 and got told to pull around again. Heck no! The drive through line was wrapped around to the front of the building (8+ cars) because the workers are so damn slow. It’s not that hard. Worker was a joke.

  The reviews are 100% right about this place. I've been here four or five times and only one time have I ever actually received service. Just today I came to pick up an order and to no surprise there's a sign on the speaker that says CLOSED UNTIL 1AM (in poor handwriting). And yes there are employees walking around inside the store doing who knows what. Can someone from corporate come in or bring someone in to actually run the place? Like what is the actual point of the restaurant doesn't even run? At this point there's absolutely no reason to ever come back to this location. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Because they are avoiding basic interaction with you, the customer. Really don't know how this place runs or how the franchise operator makes any money off this place.

  I try to order 3 taco beef burrito, I wait online like 15 minutes, I was wonder why I have to wait that long? So when I check on the window, I have to wait like 5 minutes, when I got the foods, the foods taste yak. Horrible foods, horrible employees, manager should pay attention what customers complain.

  These guys do not put the fast in fast food. I waited over 35 minutes for an order when there was nobody in line and no orders in the kitchen. The staff on sight reeked of weed and they still proceeded to screw up my order. Y'all ruined my night and my kid is crying because they couldn't get their favorite order, shame on y'all for ruining my child's night. This taco bell needs better training or to start issuing drug tests.
