  I keep trying and trying to giving them a chance but highly disappointed it shouldn't take 55 min to get a simple kids meal in when the store is not busy. They really need new management and training courses. I had to cancel my order because they "couldn't find it"

  Avoid this sonic unless you have an hour to burn. Just finished waiting 30 minutes to still not have my order and late to an appointment, will be disputing the charge with my bank. Not a one time thing they are always this slow.

  I order from this sonic all the time and this is the first time I'm not satisfied with my order. I order two footlongs, one a combo for my husband and one for me. His was cold and mine tasted like it was never cooked. I won't say I will never order here again since it's around the corner from my house but please do better

  Truly disappointed this place is 4 mins from us and we waited at the stall pressing the button and no one would answer or help me and my mom both guys inside ignored us waving trying to get their attention we just decided to drive to a different location.
