  20 minutes waiting on 2 drinks. They finally come out with 1 drink , only to be told they are out of the 2nd one. I ordered via the ap. I informed them I wanted a refund. Waited another 10 minutes for that. Clearly understaffed.

  Stopped in today to grab a few handcrafted shakes for my family and nyself. Just a couple cars at location not very busy, my 2 strawberry and 1 oreo cheesecake shake took over 15 min to leave the indoors and journey to me. Paid and tipped the gentleman before leaving only to discover when i get home that my 2 "strawberry" shakes are only vanilla and my oreo was missing the cheesecake!! I'm all for one to understand mistakes. When things are busy, but if you're going to take a long time to deliver said products at least ensure they are correct.

  This the 3rd time this location messed up my order I asked for 2 strawberry slushy and I got the regular drink not slushy I also order the super sonic bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon on my burger I called this location 4x and no answer I walked up there pregnant and all. this is so disappointing for real Sitting crying because I was very hungry only place still open and I paid 30 bucks to have my order wrong and then no answer at all This is sad Then looking at this food the person who cooking was rushing or didn’t want to be there by the looks of the food Crazy work
