  These guys can’t get ANYTHING right! The last time I ordered for 3 people. What I ordered for myself was missing. This time I ordered a super sonic double & got a single. Probably won’t be back!

  I've given this location a few chances now, but consistently they've failed. Modifications are not followed, condiments are always left off, food quality is poor, and staff is rude, especially in the evening. Drive the extra 5-10 minutes to any of the nearby Sonic locations and you'll have a better experience.

  All I wanted after a long day of work was a regular hotdog. They gave me a chili dog which I find disgusting. Didn’t realize till I got home. Nice people but I just want my order done right.

  I had a horrible experience at the Sonic off FM 407. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and the staff acted like they didn’t care at all about the customers. Orders were handled poorly, communication was rude, and the whole place felt disorganized. They seriously need an adult manager on duty because it seemed like there was no leadership or accountability whatsoever. I understand places get busy, but there’s no excuse for disrespectful service and a bad attitude toward paying customers. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Sonic.
