  Came for my nephew's dirty 30th b'day because he love steak. With family that came out of state we needed a place to celebrate in style. It was a celebration indeed. Good food, service and everything tasted good. We had a good old time of southern hospitality. He loved his meal.

  Worst dining experience! Had a group which we called ahead for. The restaurant was not busy at all plenty of open tables. Waitress was more interested in telling our party the ‘rules’ of don’t move seats once we get your drink order than actually taking the orders. Had to listen to her go on a rant about that 3 times. She took our drink orders then came back and had to retake the orders again. It then took 45 minutes to get the drinks out. When drinks did come out waitresses had them sitting in a tray and proceeded to talk and talk to other staff. Waited another 10 minutes for them to decide to pass the drinks out. Ordered appetizers with our drink order. Appetizers did not arrive when drinks were finally delivered. Proceeded to the bar to order the kids food bc they were starving and crying. Was met by the manager who took the kids order back to the kitchen. Manager did bring 2 plates of fries out for the kids at this time. Appetizers that were ordered did not arrive for over an hour. This was only after talking to the manager twice. Appetizers finally arrived. After an hour and multiple complaints to the manager the waitresses finally took the remainder of our parties food order. We had empty drinks on the table for extended periods of time. We finally requested drink pitches for our table bc the waitress was not attentive. She was seen talking with other staff and spending over 15 minutes at the computer, doing what no one knows. The broccoli was not fully cooked on multiple plates. Chicken tenders had more batter than chicken. The bills were still messed up even though no one moved seats.

  Lg group of 22. Reservations were made in advance so no surprise. One server so this is not all his fault but service was so slow. Salad plates were not cleared when entre was served. My steak was very good but have you ever had Brussel sprout chip? An easy 3rd of my vegetable was brunt

  Great food, great service, and a wonderful experience! We had a really enjoyable dinner at Saltgrass Steak House in Lewisville. The steaks were cooked just right, flavorful and tender, and the portions were generous. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The service was also excellent. our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the meal. Overall, a great place for a family dinner or a casual night out. We definitely enjoyed our experience and will be coming back again! 🥩🤠 Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  It was my birthday! I had the best server. I dined alone by choice. He took great care of me and I wish I could remember his name. I'll call it a senior moment. My food was delicious and of course the atmosphere was real nice. My first visit at this location and my third visit overall at the restaurant. I came in for the chicken fried steak and I wasn't disappointed. I'll be back with friends next time. I came in hungry and a year older and left happy and full. Thank you! And thanks to the manager that checked on me when he came in. I'll be back.
