  Beware! Terrible service and experience. I just spoke with someone who said she was the manger there. I placed an order with them and after 3 delivery people cancelled and waiting over 45 minutes (delivery ETA was 20). I called the store to see what was going on. I speak to the woman claiming to be the manager (hard to believe with how disrespectful, unprofessional and unhelpful she was) and she tells me that someone stole my order. they are still charging me and the next delivery person (4th) is 15 minutes away, so, I asked her, “can you make the order again so the next driver can bring it?” She tells me, “unfortunately, I can’t make you another one you’ll need to report it and cancel it yourself to get your money back” I explained several times that it wouldn’t allow me to cancel and it’s continuing to send more drivers over there but she just kept reiterating the same information and hung up on me. In all my years ordering from Pizza Hut, I have never had such terrible service from any other place or location.

  I was having some trouble with DoorDash (they suck don’t order from them order from Pizza Hut directly) and cat the assistant manager was very kind and patient with me and getting my order situated, she was very professional, helped me quickly i didn’t have to wait on the phone a long time, very quick and sufficient. Thank you again cat I appreciate it :)
