  Give that woman with pink hair a raise! She has the most patient and perfect demeanor for the manager job she is in. Greeted me immediately as I walked in the door, took my order quickly, kept me updated while I waited - such a sweet and wonderful person and a reason I would return! I watched as she handled 3-4 other customers with grace and patience. We need more people like her serving. She is doing a fantastic job! Our order was double packed for safety, and I got clear instruction on how to hold everything so nothing would spill. I got everything home and it was perfectly warm and tasty. A great, fast and easy dinner for our family. Wins all around!

  I eat at Pei Wei a lot especially their chicken and broccoli and brown rice, great place to get my carbs and proteins in. First time at this location, ordered the same thing but was given a wrong dish(it happens), I let them know and got what I actually ordered 5m later. I was with my daughter(2.5y.o) and we get extra chicken so we can share, as I said I eat a lot and we usually get more chicken when we order extra than we got here. I feel like because of the wrong order they forgot to add the extra chicken..We'll stop by again.

  This was going to be my first time trying Pei Wei. Walked in, no acknowledgement & wasn’t sure where to stand. Waited for a sec. One guy was on his cell phone, the cook was cooking, another employee walked in from being outside, and there was another employee in the back. Not a word said. I asked the cook where I should order. He told me right there & pointed to the spot I was at. He said that the guy on his phone should be with me in a sec. Waited another second then just ended up leaving. I was the only customer. I’m okay with waiting, I’m NOT okay with poor customer service (especially since I work in it). Acknowledgement would have been nice. I also had no idea how to order or what to expect since it was my first time & there were a few empty registers. From other videos I thought the food was already prepared (like Panda Express) but I guess they make it fresh (I didn’t see any food out). This would have been nice to try since fresh food is always better. Anyway, if the personal call is that urgent/important then you should take it in the back. I hate when I go into a business and feel like I’m being a bother/peasant. Very awkward encounter. Only giving 2 stars because someone finally spoke after I asked a question.

  Food is always good and fresh ... and, amazing friendly and courteous staff. One of our go-to places for a wonderful and consistent experience.

  We were greeted upon entering this PeiWei by Kirsten whom also took our order. In about ten minutes our food was delivered to our table. "The Korean BBQ steak" with noodles was excellent. I thought "The Beef with Broccoli " on white rice was excellent also. The food was hot, the broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked. Both dishes were very flavorful and not too salty or sweet as I have experienced in the past. The restaurant is very clean. We look forward to visiting again.
