  Picked up a $100 order on May 5th at 7am to take to a school for teachers appreciation week. Order was placed and paid April 13th. At 7 am received a text that two varieties were unavailable. Arrived at the store shortly after 7 and the order was just starting to be prepared. Yes, I was upset and displayed attitude. The manager’s attitude and actions escalated the interaction. Refused to put the bagels in boxes and threw them in plastics bags. Would not even give me empty boxes for serving. Upshot is that the rest of the transaction was messy. General Manager exasperated the problem instead of diffusing. We used to go to this location often but no more.

  Hate ordering from a kiosk but no one was around. No cheese for French onion soup. Took awhile to get order.

  I decided to stop at Panera bread for lunch. The restaurant was cleaned and I was greeted by several employees once I walked in. I was unsure what I wanted to eat but the General Manager Krystal was really helpful, knowledgeable of the menu, and most importantly very patient while I was indecisive about my choices. Once my food was ready Ms. Krystal came to the lobby and check to see if my food was good and how did I like it. Yes, I know it may seem small to most but that little gesture goes a long way. I will most definitely be back to that particular location. All 10/10.
