  I ordered a kids meal and was missing the literal nuggets. Once I went back to ask for them all the way back from my hous, the manager asked if I brought the food back like I wasn’t just saying I was MISSING the food?! He treated his teams negligence like it was my fault and said he would just do it this one time. Like YOU MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT GIVING ME MY MEAL COMPLETE THAT I PAID FOR.

  They really ought to take a customer service course—they have no idea how to deal with the public. Sometimes they say "thank you," sometimes they say "you're welcome." And every time I go with my son to buy a "Happy Face" meal—either the fries are freezing cold, or the toy is always the exact same one; I’ve ended up with five princesses!

  AWFUL!I had being experiencing very bad customer service from this location, wich I had call the McDonald’s headquarters, and on April 17 they call me and spoke with someone on headquarters and they send me this message after we culminate our call. Hi Maria, this is Gisele Cruz from the McDonald’s team. I wanted to follow up and sincerely apologize again for your recent experiences with us. I truly appreciate you taking the time to speak with me and share your concerns. I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with repeated issues and the level of service you received. As discussed, we are actively addressing this with our team and will be retraining our staff to ensure this does not happen again. Providing friendly, accurate, and professional service is our priority, and we fell short. Gisele Cruz McDonald’s Representative So today I decided to go by and redeem the free meal I went through the drive thru order the meal and desserts, when we got to the window where we need to pay the girl call someone to come and speak with me I told the guy “Roman Gonzales” and tried to show him the message, very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude told me to get out of the line that he did not received orders from no body but his boss I tried to show him the text and did even acknowledge it and just keep saying to get out of the lane. AWFUL BEHAVIOR, Worst experience ever!
