  They constantly are forgetting items at this location , very frustrating when you make it home and see that items are missing when you were charged for them.. and it’s happened more than once

  Mobile ordered here today (which means no possibility of messing up the order on the screen) Missing one sandwich, other sandwich wrong Go back (10 minutes later after discovering mistake), show receipt to inside counter attendant. Get two sandwiches - both wrong. It's hard to be so bad. It takes real effort.

  I did a drive thru around 11:55. I had one of the worst experiences in my life. The guy who was taking order was so unprofessional and seems like he does not want to be there. While i said all my "please" , and "Thank you", he treated me poorly and had no manners or skills to communicate. If the team or manager would re wind the order voice audio they would know how much customers they are listening just because of bad service and employees. I felt so humiliated. I am going to be emailing the Mc. Donald's team too because they don't deserve to lose business or customers just because of bad employees.
