If i could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is absolutely nasty saw a worker drop Mcmuffins on the floor and put them back on the tray in front of the general manager and he did absolutely nothing about it! So yes yall are eating from a filthy floor! They have another manager with hickeys on her neck and that's absolutely discussing! Moral of the story this is a nasty place ran by nasty individuals, but if you continue to eat here dont say you wasn't warned!

⭐ 1 Star – Poor Customer Service and Even Worse Management I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a #2, a #6, and an extra sausage patty. I originally requested meals, but I don’t think the employee heard that part, so I let it go. When I pulled up to pay, they confirmed my order, and I specifically mentioned that the extra sausage was for my dog, who was sitting right next to me. When I received my food, I discovered they had put the extra sausage INSIDE my McGriddle instead of packaging it separately. I politely explained that I needed the sausage separately. Rather than simply correcting the mistake, the employee went to speak with the manager and returned to tell me I would have to PURCHASE ANOTHER sausage patty. At that point, I figured if I was going to be charged again for something that wasn’t handled correctly in the first place, I might as well get the two hash browns I originally wanted with my meals. The manager proceeded to charge me an additional $6.49. What bothers me most isn’t the money. It’s the complete lack of customer service and common sense. I wasn’t asking for free food. I was asking for the extra sausage I had already paid for to be served separately. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. But a manager’s responsibility should be to resolve a simple issue, not turn it into an additional sale at the customer’s expense. It’s disappointing that this location would rather charge a customer more than take responsibility for a simple mistake. A little courtesy and basic problem-solving would have gone a long way.

Only reason for going to McDonald's is the grandkids can eat and play, I think for what you get and the food quality, prices are very high

We just picked up two Happy meals from there. One was supposed to be a six count. One was a four count. We got two four counts despite paying for a six count. Course we didn't realize till we got home. We immediately called with our receipt and spoke to the manager there who was working this evening and he said they wouldnt help make it right - not reimburse us, not put our name down for a correct order next time. They wouldn't make it right unless we drove miles back out the same night. This is why McDonald's is falling apart. You can't screw people over the drive-thru and provide no customer service with impunity. Spare me the additional work giving me some stupid link to provide feedback. The manager at that location can reach out directly to make this right, but I'm not filling out a stupid survey with no refund or replacement order guarantee.

Thursday at 8:50 PM I went to the drive-through after the intro was said by the employer, his name is Derek. I proceeded to ask for a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese, and he stopped me, and he repeated his intro. I guess the written McDonald intro for the drive-through after he was done I proceeded to order again the quarter pounder then he stopped me again third time and after he was done, I proceed to order the same thing repeating myself the fourth time and I asked him what is his problem. Apparently, after the intro there is supposed to be a customer response a yes or no like all the other times I’ve ever done. I proceeded to order what I wanted, however, this time around I asked him what is the problem was and I told him I’m trying to order. He proceeded to say he did not give a f word. He got mad because I didn’t answer the question after his intro which has nothing to do with me cause I’m there to order then I proceeded to ask for a manager, but before I ask for a manager, he also continue to curse at me a customer in your drive-through and he told me he got all day and told me to get my f word a word inside and go order then what kind of people are you guys hiring? After I asked for a manager, I said to him that I’m gonna be right here in this drive-through go and get your manager then he proceeded to calm down and take my order. This is also not my first encounter with Derek. He’s very rude. He does the same thing and I never answered the intro because it’s never that serious. The problem with this time around is that he cursed at me and he’s very disrespectful after he decided to calm down and want to take my order. I pulled up to the window and I said OK so that’s really you OK I tapped my card and I proceeded to the second window and I asked the boy in the window who was making the drinks. I forgot his name but I asked for a manager and I told him what happened and he was very much surprised and he apologize however, I will be reporting him and whoever have to get to talk to the owner. I’m a paying customer. I’ve been here multiple times in order from different people who work in the drive-through and as soon as they’re finished their intro, I proceed to order what I want because that’s what everybody does but he decided to curse at me be disrespectful to me and again this is not my first time with him. This is about the fifth encounter. I usually brush things off because I can care less, but I will not take being cursed that I’m a customer. I came in very much respectfully like I always do and something needs to be done. The manager on duty also gave me a contact card to Call, but I’m not gonna stop and if I have to, I go back and I order in the future I will be recording which I should’ve done today but I will be recording if I have to, if I have an encounter like this again, he got really belligerent and loud and disrespectful. This is McDonald’s if he doesn’t like his job there are other jobs hiring. I work in customer service myself and there’s a way you approach customers and you don’t curse at them. I never cursed at him. Neither have I ever had an attitude with him. I’m very chill and laid-back but what I experienced today with Derek and the drive-through is ridiculous. Any other person who has ever worked in the drive-through I simply order right after the intro that they have but with him it’s ridiculous and I should’ve reported all the other incidents, but I’m just about fed up and just so you know everybody else at the second window was pretty nice as they always are and very polite. The food was fantastic, but Derek your drive-through worker is very much rude and aggressive
