  Just watched yall on a live tonight. Rude customer service. Cut them off after 3 shots (for no reason) heard them ask for a sprite, never got it. Paid for full passes- what do you know.. laser tag not available. Dip hard, we’re breaking chips left and right. Manager offered a coupon… a coupon for what? WHERE IS THE SPRITE?!?

  The employees were trying to be helpful and were accommodating of a homeschool group; the lane technology is sorely lacking. Couldn’t get bumpers, kept needing resets, very frustrating.

  I spend a lot of money there and I understand the no food from other places rule but a little sushi roll when I was about to spend a good amount of money to bowl and my people where going to order their own food that really rub me the wrong way and ended up leaving sorry but y'all should really switch that up just incase y'all don't have the kind of food that people want especially seeing as how we where going to drink as well we would've spent over 200 dollar there and y'all gave that up over a 8 dollar sushi roll that I would've finished in under a minute no one would've noticed it and y'all would've made some money off us 🤦

  Me dirijo a ustedes en relación con un incidente ocurrido en Main Event Entertainment. Esta fue mi primera vez visitando su establecimiento, por lo que la experiencia fue aún más decepcionante. Durante mi visita, fui tratada de manera inapropiada al ser señalada injustamente como responsable de un supuesto robo, lo cual fue una confusión ocasionada por un error en la orden por parte del mesero. Además, el joven de apellido Ibarra mostró una actitud muy grosera y poco profesional durante la situación, lo cual agravó aún más la experiencia. En ese momento solicité que se revisaran las cámaras de seguridad para aclarar lo sucedido; sin embargo, no se me brindó una solución adecuada. Por lo anterior, solicito formalmente: * La revisión de las cámaras de seguridad correspondientes al momento del incidente * Una aclaración por escrito de lo sucedido * Una disculpa formal por el trato recibido Espero que tomen este asunto con la seriedad que merece, ya que situaciones como esta afectan la confianza de los clientes.

  We had our son’s birthday recently on April 11 and did not have a good experience … The front office people are good and helpful but the organization of other sectors of the place not up to the mark for the price they charge .Below are sone of the striking issues : 1) one of the two private rooms we got was not clean ( could see noticeable food stains and marks on the corner) 2) the food plates handed for lunch and cake were not clean at all - big hygenic issue .. they barely cleanes them 3) party hosts were nice but not capable to handle a group of 12-15 kids …we ( kids) were entitled for lemonade but the hosts never asked the kids what type of lemonade they prefer … we ( as the parents) had to drive them and remind them to get lemonades .. 4) the party hosts were slow to give out pizza to kids - normally kids would sit at tables and pizza would be served to them … here the party helpers were slow and hence we parents had to hand over pizza to kids to expedite as you are always on a clock 5) party helpers are not proactive at all .. They have no clue how many people in room and how many plates and glass can be needed for covering all guests 6) we as the parents could not rest at all as se had to be actively engaged in distributing food and drinks to kids and guests .. 7) worst is the definition of service charge … main event will add a service ( good amount ) but that doesnot cover tips .. That charge is for lights , elec etc etc .. Why do we have to pay for these as service charge … we are already paying for kid certain amount ( depending on package) … 8) we had ordered 2 trays of chicken wings ( 50 pieces) however only 35 pieces provided first time .. Though the party list is with party helpers, they did not have clue that full two trays of wings not delivered … Rest of pieces came much later after active follow up .. Payed quite a lot but did not have good experience in terms of party organization … Kids had good fun with all the good variety of arcade games … that is the positive part .. chicken wings were good ..
