- ASAmy SJun 19, 20262.0We have gone here multiple times to bowl for kids bowl free. Every time we have to stand around and wait for someone at the front desk to finally decide to help us. Wait times can be 10-15 mins which isn’t unreasonable if there was a line and people working the front desk. The issue is that there is a line of people at the front desk and Main event employees walking by who see us waiting and then just walk off. No one is called to the front desk to help the people waiting in line. This has happened every time we go to this location. They seem more concerned about working the sales area in the back for large events and ignoring all the customers who want to bowl. Management should try to focus more on serving customers and managing their staff to ensure customers needs are met. Managers were oblivious and were in the back area talking instead of ensuring customers needs are met. If they want to ensure repeat business, they should make sure employees are doing their job instead of ignoring revenue producing patrons. The servers are great but the front desk management needs an overhaul and the mentality of “it’s not my job” needs to be changed.
