  Noah and Ziyon were absolutely phenomenal!! They truly went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday party special. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They were wonderful with the kids and were constantly looking for ways to help without us even having to ask. What impressed me most was how genuinely invested they seemed in making sure the kids had a great time. They offered to help in every way available to them, kept everything running smoothly, and allowed me to actually relax and enjoy my son’s birthday instead of worrying about all the little details. The moment that stood out to me the most was when my 6-year-old wasn’t tall enough to play laser tag and was feeling left out. Noah noticed and gave him a free game card to cheer him up and make sure he still felt included. That small act of kindness meant a lot to him and to me as a parent. I genuinely could not have asked for better service. The pizza was great, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. But Noah and Ziyon are what really made the party stand out. Their attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a good birthday party into a fantastic one. I will absolutely recommend Main Event to friends and family, and I would specifically recommend asking for Noah and Ziyon if possible. They are fantastic at what they do and deserve recognition for the experience they created for our family. Thank you both for helping make my son’s birthday such a memorable one!

  I had such an amazing experience at Main Event! The service was absolutely wonderful, and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was clean, organized, and there was such a fun atmosphere. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Ashley! She was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful throughout our entire experience. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and genuinely made the visit even better. It’s rare to come across someone with such great customer service and such a positive attitude. Overall, Main Event was an awesome experience, and the service was definitely a highlight. I will absolutely be coming back and would recommend Main Event to anyone looking for a fun place with great service!

  Sophia, who is what I assume to be the manager due to her uniform, was amazing. She was very sweet and helpful, and she even played a game with me and the group I was with. She definitely made the experience stand out. It was 100% one of the best times I’ve spent at a Main Event. Will absolutely go again, and I’ll be hoping to see her when I do. And shout out to the person running the bar during the late shift on 08/20/26. She was very accommodating and also very sweet. I regret not getting her name before we left. All around, you will be pleased with their services. Great job, guys.

  I forgot to make a review but when I had came here to main event it was my first time. Me and my family purchased two lanes since we were a big party. We had a server that never came to check on us and would always walk away or not look our way but then she got switched. A new server came I can’t remember her name but she was kind be short with glasses and red hair she was the best sever they have she checked on us right away got our drinks on time and kept updating us on our food since there was a little wait but overall she was amazing, if anyone goes here ask for her you will not be disappointed. The thing I recommend as well to eat here is the started trio and a pizza everything was so good and fresh, I will be coming back here.

  I've been to Main Event in Lewisville a few times now, and it's always a fun place to spend a few hours. There are so many things to do, from bowling and arcade games to laser tag and other activities, so it's easy to find something everyone enjoys. What I like most is that it works for just about any occasion. Whether you're meeting friends, celebrating a birthday, having a family outing, or just looking for something different to do, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained. The atmosphere is upbeat but not overwhelming, and the staff has always been friendly during my visits. If you're looking for a place where you can eat, play, and make an afternoon or evening out of it, Main Event is definitely worth checking out.
