  I wish I would’ve had a better experience here, but unfortunately, I did not. I hate when you go to a restaurant that has a full menu, but will you talk to the service staff, they don’t have anything that they are supposed to serve. For this to be a seafood restaurant, the fried fish that they have was not catfish. When I asked about catfish, they told me they would have to thaw it out. Overall, the food was just OK. There was nothing memorable about it at all.

  The crew is very friendly, helpful & attentive, not over attentive. The food is very flavorful. I really & truly enjoyed the whole experience!!! Thumbs up y'all!!!

  Placed an order online during their business hours only for them to be closed upon arrival. Ineligible sign on front door says “closed”. Cannot contact the business via phone for reimbursement and have returned to the business twice since to request refund and sign still on door each time.

  It’s a great a restaurant the first time I came they were out of most of the items but was very communicative about it I still gave it try I got wings an crabs an the wings were PHENOMENAL! Today I came for wings an crab and the cashier said they have the wings but they aren’t doing wings today this doesn’t make a great customer experience when you pick and choose when to sell certain products and the restaurant was completely empty during my visit so I don’t understand why not sell the wings so now you’ll have to call an check to see if certain products are being sold before coming an when you have to do that you just end up losing a customer altogether because who wants to go through that hassle

  My husband and I had been eagerly anticipating our visit to Crustaceans since Valentine's Day, when we were unable to go due to work. With four children and packed schedules, it took us until this past Monday evening to finally sneak away. Since my birthday had just passed a couple of days prior, my husband decided to treat me to the deep-fried lobster tails we had seen advertised on social media, an elaborate presentation featuring oversized lobster tails, creative cocktails, a red velvet waffle combo, and a giant twice-baked seafood potato. Everything we had seen on Instagram looked absolutely incredible, and our expectations were high. We arrived around 7:00 PM and approached the counter to order, only to be told they were completely out of lobster tails. Disappointed but willing to make the best of it, I found an alternative, the fried shrimp and fish platter, and my husband selected a shrimp based entree as well. We then learned that the shrimp had not yet arrived to the restaurant and would not be there for another 45 minutes, not including prep and cook time on top of that. A seafood restaurant should not remain open for service without its core product on hand. Once they realized they were out of product, the right move would have been to shut down, wait for the delivery to arrive, allow proper prep time, and only then reopen to serve customers. We left deeply disappointed and underwhelmed by an experience we had looked forward to for months.
