  I had the WORSE EXPERIENCE here ever! On Mother's Day! So thanks for ruining my day! It took THREE HOURS from ordering to having my food. I placed my online order at 2pm. I arrived at 2:20 and was told my food was not ready yet. At 3pm I was asked my name again for the 4th time.... only for them to realize my food had BEEN done and was sitting on the counter getting cold for 30 mins. I was annoyed but they were busy so gave grace. Drove 25 mins back home and realized I was missing 2 things from my order. Wings and corn... drove 25 mins BACK just to get no apology... Just non chalant attitude about me wanting what i paid for...then was told my wings would be naked since they had no more breading..... waited another 25 mins and finally got the remaining items. It is now 5:01pm and I am home HEATING up my cold $110 order. I am so annoyed and disappointed and cannot believe this took 3 hours away from my Mother's Day. I have never had a bad experience here and now will never return. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

  TERRIBLE SERVICE! Came here for Mother’s Day (it’s not very busy), at first it felt welcoming and wholesome … boy was WRONG. I ordered shrimp platter, sat there waiting for an HOUR just for them to tell me they ran out of shrimp? They didn’t tell me until I asked how long on my order! Staff had attitude and didn’t seem to give a care in the world! My dad ordered wings, when it came out it was absolutely RAW and WET, again waited for an hour My sister ordered a plain potato since she does not eat meat and she specifically told them no meat.. GUESS WHAT, there was meat! Mom felt so bad because her food was the only thing that came out fresh and in a timely manner it ruined the experience for her. ANOTHER THING! I’m not sure if they were promoting or anything, but every order that came out, they would walk across the whole restraunt with the food, give it to a picture lady, walk away, come back, THEN give it to the customer??? Like are we INTENDING to piss customers off and give them cold food? So many people started to leave and ask for refunds it was ridiculous. This was first and will be last time there.

  I knew I was coming to eat here before I left to go back home, so when i pulled up i questioned if I wanted to really eat here because no other cars are here, its a little business on the end of a strip. But I know those can be Gems . So I go in and was like hmmm not sure still, I sit myself down and the lady comes over and explains the menu, I go order and within 10 minutes, maybe even 5 my food was at the table . Thennn I knew why I was here , absolutely amazing food .Absolutely a hidden Gem .. Definitely will stop back by if I'm ever back in Lewisville . The lady was very nice and attentive. Again food was bomb . Check this plate out

  Food was good!! Seasoned but not too salty which is important, especially with fried food. The service was exceptional the ladies had good attitudes and made sure we were good without being overbearing and they knew the menu very well. The atmosphere and vibe was nice. The restaurant was very clean and they had good music playing and sports on the tv(for the men folk). I have nothing bad to say (which is rare 😳) the place is under new management and Sammy is doing the dang thang!!

  This place absolutely exceeded expectations from start to finish. The customer experience was elite, the kind you don’t come across often anymore. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right. The food came out quickly, which was impressive given the quality. Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection, not a single thing felt rushed or overlooked. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in the kitchen, every bite hit. What really stood out to me was the consistency between service and food. The staff checked in at the right times, not too much, not too little, just enough to make sure everything was on point without interrupting the experience. I made a 50 mile drive to try this spot, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth it. No hesitation at all, I’ll be making that drive again. If you’re on the fence about trying it, don’t be. This is one of those places that earns repeat visits.
