  Ordered delivery. After waiting 35 minutes I called to check on the delivery. They said they were waiting on a driver. When I called in they transferred the delivery to Uber and I got a notification through text they had just requested an Uber driver. Another 35 minute wait. After well over an hour I received a hot sub, cold, warm potato salad and no refund.

  A few days ago, my father and I were craving a tuna sandwich and we haven’t been to Jimmy John’s before. So we went to this location near me and I’m glad I did. Workers Mark and Chris are the best! Their energy was unmatched and were super, super, super nice to us the whole time. They also recommended us the toasted cheddar cheese roast beef sandwich and my family and I loved it! Mark and Chris’s energy though was what made the experience awesome, even when near closing time and us being the only 2 customers (people mainly ordered by drive-thru) they remained immensely positive! If I’m ever craving a good sandwich, I’d come back to this specific location just to interact with those gentleman again. Great job!!!! 15/10 stars ⭐️
