  I went to this location twice this weekend. On Saturday I went inside placed 2 orders. The staff making the sandwich was rude, unfriendly towards me. I asked if she can put extra mayo on one of the sandwiches. She gave me no response, just looked and made the sandwich. The other order i didnt bother to ask for extra mayo. I asked the cashier of the upcharge for a different side, the lady making the sandwich responded saying it's extra if you don't get chips. I paid and left. But the overall experience was bad. I asked the cashier about my reward how long is it good for. She then said she doesn't know. Once I got home I checked the reward and saw I had one day to use it. BTW she did add the extra mayo. However, I visit this location today. And the same two ladies were there. I place the order, and while waiting the lady making the order tell me my order is at the top of the counter the area near the drivethru. I inform her my order is a Togo order, I asked can I get a bag. Since the 2 orders placed on the top counter. Shen then throws a bag on top of the food. I ask the staff, can the staff put myorder in the bag, and why are we getting such bad service again. She tells me the other staff is busy in the drive thru. Then another customer comes up and the staff that busy in the drive thru is placing his order in bag. I ask why they couldn't assist me properly, and respectfully with placing my order in a bag. She tells me the guy placed a to go order online. I inform her she was being discriminate with me due to my skin color, although she is a minority. She thought it was funny stated there's cameras. Then the customers that were sitting begain arguing with us that we said something wrong and got out of their seat walking towards us yelling as she was about to attack us. We left and will never be back to JimmyJohn's. I dont tolerate the disrespect from anyone. We gave this place a chance twice and the staff showed us how people that are minority are racist and disrespectful when your paying customer. I will never spend my black dollars here. Lastly, since I have frequent this location I've had nothing but good customer service from other staff, friendly and always helpful. I will never be back with these two ladies working here!

  The music in the store is soooo loud and obnoxious that I couldn’t even hear the girl taking my order at the counter. I couldn’t even eat in there. I think maybe they do this on purpose so they don’t have to see customers for very long. The sandwich was ok but I won’t be back

  Watch out for tip scamming now! I never tip for "counter service" unless absolutely warranted. Recently at drive through, I noticed after tapping my card, that a tip had been added to my purchase that I did NOT enter. This is theft, and this employee should be fired. What once was "Freaky Fast", at the drive through, has now become a slow, cumbersome, tip stealing process, since they have put in these new card scanners that they have to hand to you through the window. If they don't hand it to you, Do Not tap! I guess I have to start going inside now. 😕
