Im am absolutely furious at how I was talked to and treated at THIS location. I placed order thru drive thru, #11, and then said Id like the $8.99 meal deal. THEN a different woman came on the speaker I was told it could only be done on the app, which isnt true at all, and said the other store on main st can, she told me to go there, that she cant do it here. I asked for her name, and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me I was being rude. I told her no i was not, I asked a question when ordering. I went to drive thru windows and asked to speak to manager, I was told there's not one there, said she was new, I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me, gave her money then shuts the drive thru window while talking about me. When I get the sandwich, she throws my change at me, which lands in the ground. I have NEVER been treated like that, and I will report this situation further bc no one deserves to be treated like this, ever.
I have the receipt so they will know, and I have the the description of these 2 black women that gave me a hard time with attitude and would not give me their names.
I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. They need to fire these employees and hire ones that will actually work and help the customers.
