  Im am absolutely furious at how I was talked to and treated at THIS location. I placed order thru drive thru, #11, and then said Id like the $8.99 meal deal. THEN a different woman came on the speaker I was told it could only be done on the app, which isnt true at all, and said the other store on main st can, she told me to go there, that she cant do it here. I asked for her name, and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me I was being rude. I told her no i was not, I asked a question when ordering. I went to drive thru windows and asked to speak to manager, I was told there's not one there, said she was new, I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me, gave her money then shuts the drive thru window while talking about me. When I get the sandwich, she throws my change at me, which lands in the ground. I have NEVER been treated like that, and I will report this situation further bc no one deserves to be treated like this, ever. I have the receipt so they will know, and I have the the description of these 2 black women that gave me a hard time with attitude and would not give me their names. I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. They need to fire these employees and hire ones that will actually work and help the customers.

  Came here at 11:50am on Sunday. Incredibly rude customer service from the lady at the drive through. Will not be ordering from this location. From the moment she was speaking on the speaker to the way she handed me the food with attitude and without saying anything. Absolutely horrible. I used to work in fast food in college. These people are not good workers and don’t belong in the service industry. Not coming back to this location! Not sure if the lady was racist.

  Found a hair in my food brought the sandwich back. I ate half of the sandwich but I had just found the hair in the other half of the sandwich so I brought it back to get a refund and the “GM” wouldn’t give me his name Offered me a cookie, offered to remake the sandwich and I did not like those offers so I wanted the refund. It’s ridiculous how hard it was to get a refund from a place when it was their mess up. Do better. Maybe implement hair protocol/hairnets and you wouldn’t have these issues. Food safety should be your priority.

  Closed up shop before they actually close so I couldn’t eat there. Lazy, care more about going home than good service.

  I love Jimmy Johns. I came here on my lunch and ordered the 8" chicken bacon ranch. I didn't notice until I got back to work that they gave me the wrong sandwich and I wasn't able to return it. This is highly frustrating because I paid for a chicken sandwich and got a vegetable sandwich. This is not what I ordered at all so imagine having to go through your entire work day on an empty stomach because someone dropped the ball on your food.
