- DBdaniela bellosoAug 16, 20261.0Really bad customer service and drinks… the employees are very young and do not care.. I ordered 3 strawberry matcha teas with cold foam. We get them often by home (Carrollton location). We had to pull up because the guy at the drive through couldn’t hear us…. After taking our order, we waited for them to load and unload a truck with water tanks. They made our drinks and there was no cold foam… I asked the lady and she said she could add more…. Then they gave me the cups dripping… in a bad mood… we went out of our way to stop at this location, will not be going back…. I have photos of the drinks when they gave them to me and the truck they were loading… couldn’t post…

I also recomment the Horchata if you want an iced coffee! It is made with half & half, cold brew & cinnamon -one of my favorite iced coffee drinks ever.
