    This is the best Dutch bros location. The crew is always energetic and vibrant. They genuinely make my day better with how they treat my dogs and I. Not many places you can say that about these days. Also a step above other Dutch bros locations

    It was my first time at a Dutch Bros and I'll definitely be back! I stopped at the Lewisville location this afternoon. Surprisingly, they had more than just coffee! I wasn't sure how to order and wanted to ask questions... Thankfully, the staff was awesome - they took the time to run through the details of my order, sweetness ranges, and even told me about the app, rewards, and how customizing works. The staff member at the window told the staff inside it was my first time and they all cheered! We took a fun energy shot together and their excitement really made a great first impression!! I loved that they took the time to make my first visit memorable! I got a Palm Beach Black Tea that was perfect (she let me try the sweetness before I jetted off!) I finished it before I hit highway - how soon is too soon to go back??

    They really need help at the drive thru :/ if there’s multiple cars waiting usually at the Dutch bros we go to someone comes outside and takes orders but we had to wait 15 mins and just 2 cars were in front of me. The carmelizer drink did NOT taste the same at this location it was sooo much syrup I had to throw it away immediately
