    So I never write reviews, but I was really looking forward to an iced coffee today, and I have not really been interested in supporting Starbucks, so I thought I’d give this place a try. There was no line. I was first at the window, ordered my drink, and it took 10–15 minutes. Then the barista came and said, “Hey, sorry, we’re having technical difficulties,” and continued to talk about their rent for however long. There were at least four or five of them in there. It just felt super unprofessional. And then I asked him to refund me, and I just left and went to Starbucks because, at this point, whatever.

    Ordered a medium Golden Eagle Chai Breve with oat milk and it came out to $12 wasn’t even sweet at all nor good. yall need to get sued

    For the second and last time I will not be coming back, they don't come out to take your order, then get speakers! also four cars including me just left because of the long wait

    We frequent this location because it’s right around the corner from our house. We stopped by 9/12 otw to our daughter’s softball game. We usually order ahead but this was on a whim so we didn’t get to. The lady who walked up to take our order barely gave us a chance to park before motioning for us to hurry and put our window down while my indecisive daughter told me what she wanted. Instead of offering her expertise or suggestions, she spoke to me in the most condescending tone, asking me “Which one do you want?” When it was time to pay, she shoved the card reader in my car without even telling me how much I was expected to pay until I asked. I really wanted to just drive off but this was very out of character for this location. If it was too hot for her to be taking orders outside or she didn’t want to work that day, I wish her crew would’ve let her go home.
