    They never have enough people working the line and they switch the “rules” of how the car flow works everyday. It can take me over 20 or 30 minutes some days.

    Just waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line, just to get tired of waiting, parked my car & went to the walk up window just so the lady who was taking orders outside would hand me my mobile order that was ready to go 10 minutes ago. Get it together. Go to the other Lewisville location. They're much quicker.

    I have at this point been going to this same location, every day for at least a year now. I almost exclusively go to the 815 W Main St location in Lewisville, TX specifically because of the people there. I could go to any Dutch Bros location, but this is THE location where I know that even if my order is wrong, as long as I say something, they'll fix it and even sometimes comp it completely. It is a gross understatement to say that the people who work there have been some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and they all do their jobs exceptionally. To call out people specifically, Shannon Skinner is the best in class of what she does and the first person who I learned their name and learned mine. We are Dutch "Bros" at this point and the fact that I can go somewhere and treated like a friend and not just some other guest is a better experience than 99% of the industry. There's other names I'd like to call out, but those people have since moved in from the company, but I'll list them here anyway: Sophia, Katie, and Kyler. New faces who've already made my constant visits to the location brighter go to Courtney and Kaya who have excellent customer service. Seriously though, have you been to a drive thru lately? It's all bare minimum interaction and you may get a have a nice day. Even Chik-Fil-A isn't keeping up with "my pleasure" in some instances. But Dutch Bros, in particular this location and these named individuals have gone above and beyond in service. I swear they know my life at this point and Shannon (and Kyler) in particular have been there for some of my worst moments (family death). At this point I'm not sure why Shannon doesn't just own her own franchise at this point with how professional and hard working she is. If I could give this rating an extra star I absolutely would. Also Kaya in particular understood the assignment. I jokingly sometimes say stupid things like "can I pay in blood?" or "could I get a cup of live bees?" This one time I asked for an ostrich to sacrifice to a volcano god and she drew one up for me on a napkin. I later received a second ostrich on a sticky note on another visit. Those are on my fridge now. Anyway place is pretty cool. I go every single day, and that's not an exxageration. I order the same thing every time basically. Look it up, it's in the system. Medium Eclipse Rebel, sometimes an extra one but deconstructed.
