- TBTaylon Babcock6 days ago2.0Great atmosphere…when they make it clear what you’re being charged. This establishment is not clearly defining that double meat = an extra charge. No clear standards on what is upcharged and what is not. As I was informed by the CEO (as with many others), “you shouldn’t be charged for extra meat.” It is baseline customer service to set clear expectations when it comes to information that needs to be relayed to the customer. I was charged for “double steak” without being informed that it was an extra charge. I was rudely informed that “I was asking for too much” when I wasn’t made aware that MORE MEAT, OR DOUBLE MEAT, WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE. This review wouldn’t exist if the line worker clearly stated that “double meat is an extra charge.” It also wouldn’t exist if the cashier didn’t belittle me in front of my girlfriend.

No notice on the door, no communication, nothing. I politely tapped on the window just to ask a question and got looked at with attitude instead of a simple explanation. Basic customer service and communication go a long way.
