They told me their chips are not gluten-free, which I don’t think is actually true and when I asked about gluten allergy, they honestly looks like I was speaking a completely different language so I didn’t feel safe eating here given that I have a severe celiac allergy in the family. Chipotle is typically a place that I would consider safe for celiac, but the lack of education for the staff really had me concerned.

Paying an extra $3.90 for what looked like only one extra teaspoon-sized scoop of protein feels misleading and not worth the cost. Another ongoing issue is the chips. Every time I order chips from this location, they seem stale and lack the fresh crunch you'd expect. Between the inconsistent portions and stale chips, the overall value and quality just aren't meeting expectations. I hope management addresses these issues because customers should get what they're paying for.

I had placed an online order for pick-up, and when she handed me the bag it was ripped and leaking some sort of fluid which got all over my belongings and clothes. I realized this when I walked out the door. I turned around covered in this substance and asked her for a new bag and without apologizing, smiling, or saying thank you she just handed me a kids to go bag. Extremely rude experience overall. Do better chipotle.
